AWS has been the backbone of many of the highly avaiable, highly scalable applications I’ve built professionally. Holding multiple AWS certifications, I am well versed in both fully-managed and self-managed services.

With 10+ years of professional Java experience, this is my go-to language. From SAAS applications to Android applications, I’ve done a little bit of everything in Java.

I primarily use Python for Lambdas in a serverless stack, but I have also used Python to build some incredible applications. It’s great for fiddling around with Machine Learning libraries too!

Building an IoT framework that went on to serve millions of devices made me familiar with IoT principles and best practices such as data governance and security.

Both in personal and professional projects, applying a serverless architecture to applications has proved to save cost while providing scale.

Containerizing with Docker makes deployment easy. Kubernetes makes orchestrating deployments easy. I am a certified Kubernetes Application Developer, capable of deploying and managing application running on Kubernetes.

Infrastructure as code has been revolutionary. Terraform has allowed me to spin up and tear down entire applications while also providing change management and visibility.

Monoliths are a thing of the past. I have experience bringing companies into the future by breaking up components by their domains and identifing context boundaries.

Grokking the user experience is importent when building a product people want to use. React and Angular are two web frameworks I find to be great when building web applications.
